Damn, I've never really been a fan of his work, but it definitely came as a completely unexpected surprise. Never good to see someone go so soon.
I was really disappointed when I heard the news. I was just getting into Type O Negative...Then I heard Peter Steele died today and I just felt awfully sad =[.
Yeah he was a real original. Everything about him was larger than life. I really wanted to meet him... :(
