So I was at my local Dept store today and saw none other than Blast Miner on the shelves in the computer game section. Pretty funny/surreal. Apparently a box version of the game is in stores all over Canada and alot of the US as of last month. (For those of you who don't know; I did all of the sound and alot of testing for the game)

In other news I'm packing and getting ready to fly from Vancouver to San Diego for Comic Con. I'm pretty f'n stoked about this, as this will be the first time I've shown up to an NG event ever. Plus it's Comic Con... all kinds of amazing stuff is sure to go down. I'm concocting the most effective ways to pester Tom and Co at their booth as we speak...

My good friend Peter Kapelyan (founder of Sess.net, one of the web's first and largest flash game portals... before all the AddictingHobbitcrazyfunnypenisflashgam es.com type sites...) along with the rest of his team at Away 3D are up for the Code award at Flash Forward in San Francisco.

So as some of you may have already seen, HOST is now out!
It's been in development for the greater part of the year and it's finally launched!
But it's not done. Let me re-phrase that, we aren't abandoning it right away, we're going to keep adding content to it and improving it and keeping it fresh and interesting.

A re-design of the site is almost complete and will launch alongside the new multiplayer game.
It looks badass and is much more fun to navigate.

And lastly we're making a quick game which will probably come out before the multiplayer game. It's simple, has an oldschool arcade vibe, and is very fun :D

Not much to report. Thats not cause I haven't been busy but it's not the right time to reveal what all i've been up to. Lets just say I have alot of stuff brewing. 2 new games, music, art, an international plot against Rupert Murdoch and News-Corp. You know, the usual Shenanigans.
